On-call Service

If the maintenance service program is not suitable for your company, you may opt to go for our on-call service. This service provide you an emergency assistance with rates charged based on the parts and labor consumed for the job. The on-call services will be provided to the customers who have not joined our maintenance program. Labor and material charges will be calculate on a per call basis.

Workshop Repairing

Apart from on-call service, we also provide workshop repairing service.
That means if your Company has computer/peripherals which cannot repair on-site, we can arrange to collect it to our workshop for further repairing. It includes notebook, tape drive, LED monitor.
